Oyster is a leader in property investment and management for retail, office and industrial property throughout New Zealand. With their vision of “Transforming property investment together”, Oyster aims to provide their investors with stable monthly returns and potential for long-term capital gain.

Streamline Creative was engaged to revise Oyster’s visual identity across all their marketing collateral in order to reflect their growth and the need to adapt with ever-changing market demands.

Under the guidance of the Creative Director, the focus of the design direction was to present Oyster as a people-focused company in order to develop a strong sense of trust from prospective investors.

As Oyster further expanded the utilities of some of their properties, Streamline Creative was also tasked with developing the visual identity for their new offerings to their residents. 'The Green' is a food and beverage precinct designed to attract nearby office workers for lunch offerings. With a focus on featuring healthy and delicious food, The Green is also a cool and modern place to relax in. I was tasked with developing a landing page featuring ‘The Green’ within Oyster’s Central Park website.

'Millennium Active' is a new fitness facility within the Millennium Centre. I was responsible for developing the visual identity for the orientation pack, exterior signage and mural with the aim of a modern and energetic aesthetic to excite residents.
